Mail Managers Ltd is a dynamic company registered in accordance with the Companies Act and Rules. In recognition of the fact that the needs of our customers can only be guaranteed in a well regulated market, we are regulated by the Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK), operating strictly in accordance with their rules and guidelines. This ensures we contribute towards the maintenance of standards and order in the industry, particularly in respect of charges and services to our clients.
STAFF
The Directors of Mail Managers Ltd have between them over 15 years of experience in the fields of Accounts and Courier Service delivery in Kenya and the UK, during which period they have separately handled administrative and operations, as well and financial issues.
This has ensured that the company operates within the strict guidelines and practices that govern their professions.
EXPERIENCE
With over 10 years experience in offering courier services, the company undertakes regular in-house review and training sessions of all its personnel in order to guarantee sustenance of our standards of service delivery and to ensure that all employees are up to date with modern practice in the courier profession, with the benefits being transferred to our clients. The company takes seriously, the views of our customers and incorporates them in our review and training sessions in order to ensure that the needs of our customers are always met satisfactorily.
All our couriers are required to provide a police certificate of good conduct and background checks are conducted in order to confirm accuracy of the information submitted. As part of their training and conditions of employment, integrity and respect of clients material is emphasized. We are committed to ensuring the highest standard of service delivery while we adopt a dictum that no issue is too small and are committed to following up every issue raised in order to ensure proper remedy.
